Complaints and Claims

Contact the After-sales Department with detailed information of the problem. Please provide the model number, serial number, and a brief description of the issues encountered and a clear picture for showing the problem will shorten the problem solving time. We will give out a solution within 24 hours.
Warranty

Puao Medical guarantees new equipment other than accessories to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of eighteen months (three months for spare parts) from date of shipment under normal use and service. Our company's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing, at our company's option, any part which upon our company's examination proves defective.

For software upgrades and some small parts malfunction,Puao Medical can provide you for free but the freight is on the distributor’ account.
